Universities are failing our future

Having gone through school (grade 1 to a BA in political science and international relations) which therefore makes me an authority on the subject matter of learning I can say that the educational system as a whole is failing our next generation with its current structure.

In my view the appeal to teach raw knowledge without any form of experiential learning is stupid to say the least and yet the Universities still subscrib to this formula because its easy.

Im happy to say that the days of long drawn out and often boring lessons taught over 4 to 6 years is over. So the question is how can universities survive in the current climate where information is available at a click of a mouse and often the students are more savvy than the educators, innovation life cycles are no more than 90 days and creative minds are doing their learning elsewhere? Here is my thought on the subject matter that I hope Universities in the Middle East would take note of before they too, like other industries of the industrial age, become obsolete.
